A group of YouTube video-makers are suing the online video platform and its parent company Google, claiming that both discriminate against LGBT-themed videos and their creators which limits their reach and discoverability. The group has made a wide range of claims on the basis of advertising, censoring their videos as 'sensitive' and 'mature' which restricts them from appearing in search results or recommendations.
