Blood pressure can increase the risk of heart if it is left uncontrolled. It is advisable to have regular screening and to determine any complications in the case of hypertension patients.

Every woman should get a yearly exam after the age of 40 where the doctor visually and manually check the symptoms of breast cancer such as changes in shape and size of breast lumps or any kind of discharge.
