4. India will surpass China’s working population by mid-2020s and have the largest working population in the world by 2100.

5. The earth’s population will peak around 9.7 billion people in 2064. and fall to 8.8 billion by 2100.

6. 23 countries including Japan, Italy, and Spain will see a 50% drop in their populations.

7. However, pandemics are unlikely to significantly alter longer-term forecasting trends.
