IndiGo regrets doing ‘Really’ troll to passengers after users fired back

The ‘Really’ troll is very much trending on social media and especially on Twitter and so IndiGo too thought to have some fun with it being unaware that it will hit them back. The airlines took to their Twitter handle and asked passengers, “We really want to know why passengers stand when the seatbelt sign is on.” Hitting back a user wrote, “We really want to know why IndiGo staff is so arrogant to travelers.”
