Tesla CEO Elon Musk has admitted high import duties will make Tesla electric cars unaffordable in India despite plans to enter the country by 2020. He takes to Twitter to divulge key details about his company. Recently, replying to a question on when Tesla will enter India, he tweeted: "I'm told import duties are extremely high (up to 100%), even for electric cars. This would make our cars unaffordable."
