Ford, Volkswagen and Amazon team-up to build Charging Network For Cars

Automobile manufacturer Ford said on Thursday that it has joined hands with Volkswagen and Amazon to provide a range of charging options from highways to homes to its future electric car customers. It is expected to be the largest network of charging stations in North America with 12,000 locations and more than 35,000 charge plugs. The company is also working with Amazon for the installation of home charging setups.
