Maruti Suzuki, Toyota to set up vehicle dismantling-recycling unit

Maruti Suzuki India and Toyota Tsusho Group are setting up a vehicle dismantling and recycling unit and it will be owned by the two companies with 50-50% equity. Headquartered in New Delhi, the unique dismantling and recycling setup will start functioning in Noida between the 2020-21 financial year. The company will procure and dismantle End-of-Life Vehicles including complete solid and liquid waste management.
