PSA Group announces merger of Fiat Chrysler, Peugeot with 50% ownership each

Amid the ongoing global crisis in the automobile sector, the owner of Fiat Chrysler and Peugeot, the PSA Group, has announced a merger of both the companies with an ownership of 50% each, on Friday. It is being considered as one of the biggest mergers in the history of the automobile world and will have combined revenue of nearly $190 billion. The merger will empower around 410,000 employees globally.
