Tesla to start deliveries of China-made Model 3 Cars from December 30

Tesla Inc will start delivering Model 3 cars (priced at $50,000) before subsidies from its Shanghai factory on December 30. Construction of its first plant outside US began earlier in January and production started in October. The popular carmaker wants to produce 250,000 vehicles per year after adding the production of Model Y in the initial phase. However, the first 15 customers of Model 3 cars are Tesla employees.
