Log off at 6 pm and get a life: Amazon to its employees

Maintaining a healthy work-life is hard but at the same time, it is important as well. And Amazon takes care of this for its employees and wants them to “log off and get a life”. The senior vice president of the company in its internal memo has asked its employees to not respond to work emails between 6 pm and 8 am to maintain a healthy work-life. On an average, Indians works around 2,195 hours per year.
