77 percent of Flipkart's shares acquired by Walmart now!

The Walmart has announced its completion of the deal and as a conclusion, it is now going to acquire the 77% of the Flipkart's shares. The remaining shares are under other shareholders which incorporate Flipkart's CEO and Microsoft Corp. Walmart's investment consists of USD 2 billion with an intention of increasing the growth speed of Flipkart's business. This deal is considered as the largest one until now.
