Amazon.com Inc. shares jumped 4.7 % Tuesday after the Pentagon announced it was terminating a cloud-computing deal with competitor Microsoft Corp., bringing the world's richest man's net worth to a new high of $211 billion. According to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index, the surge increased Bezos' worth by $8.4 billion. Since mid-March, Bezos has maintained his No. 1 position, with Amazon stock rising over 20% during that period.
