Amazon said it was offering $10000 to quit their jobs & become independent package delivery entrepreneurs as the online giant ramps up efforts to control its own logistics. The latest incentive includes 3 months wages for employees who want to start their own delivery business & assured consistent delivery volume from the company. This move comes with Amazon seeking to reduce its dependence on services such as USPS, FedEx.
