Massive erosion of wealth because of poor performance led to frequent rating downgrades, that in turn, forced shareholders of the Anil Ambani group of companies to complain against the management. At the annual meeting, a shareholder threatened to make history by filing the country's 1st class-action suit against RPower if he didn't receive satisfactory replies to his questions in the next 2-3 months.
