Apple prepares short list of locations for first retail store in India

Apple Inc has finally prepared a list of locations for its first retail store in the country. Some of the upscale sites in Mumbai has made it to the list so that it can compete with locations like Champ-Elysees or Regent Street New York, where the brand has its stores. It has been a struggle for Apple to make an impression in the Indian market as the customers often opt for popular Chinese brands like Xiaomi and Vivo.
