As Uber lost case, drivers will get minimum wage

Cab service provider Uber has lost the case in the UK against its drivers. According to the ruling, the drivers will now get a fixed amount of salary and also paid holidays. With this decision of the court, drivers will now be treated as permanent employees and not self-employed. This is the third time Uber has lost the case against its drivers. And the company is planning to apply in Supreme Court now.
