BharatPe files suit in Delhi High Court to restrain Ashneer Grover, his wife Madhuri Jain from running ‘vicious campaign’ against company

Fintech company BharatPe has approached the Delhi high court alleging that Ashneer Grover and his wife Madhuri Jain are running a "vicious and vitriolic campaign" against it. Grover, who was engaged in a legal battle with the BharatPe board, resigned as its managing director in April this year. Madhuri Jain Grover had also been terminated as the head of controls on allegations of funds misappropriation.
