Bharti Airtel offloaded Bharti Infratel stakes
83 million shares of Bharti Infratel have been offloaded by Bharti Airtel for the share sale in the stock market. The shares have been sold at a price of whopping 3,325 cr. To invest more in the 4G network, and to pay the debts, Bharti was monitoring Infratel shares for some time. Nettle infrastructure Investments had carried out the share sale. Bharti has declared the sale to be a “successful divestment”.
