Bounce raises $3 million from Sachin Bansal's BAC Acquisitions

Flipkart Co-founder Sachin Bansal invests INR 10 crore in Bengaluru based 2-wheeler rental start-up Bounce, via his BAC acquisitions. Bounce issued 1 lakh non-convertible debentures to BAC acquisitions. This is Bansal's second investment in Bounce this year. He last invested $3 million in debt in Bounce in March. After this investment, Bounce raised debt and equity funding to total funding of $94 million.
