According to the sources from US administration, President Donald Trump has decided to give TikTok's Chinese owner 45 days of time to strike a deal to sell it to a US firm before he takes action against the firm amid the tensions with China. Officials in US have raised concerns over China's control over TikTok citing risks like data theft and monitoring of users. Trump said earlier that he was planning to ban TikTok.
