CAIT launches 2-month long nationwide protest against Amazon and Flipkart

In continuation with the alleged FDI policy violation by Amazon & Flipkart, the traders' body CAIT declared a 2-month-long protest against the e-commerce firms. The national protest kicks off from Nov 13 & will go on till Jan 10, 2020. It will see a participation of 40,000 trade associations including AIMRA, AICPDF & AIAEMA. The traders' associations plan to submit an exhaustive memo to all the MPs & raise the issue in Parliament.
