Casio takes legal action against Snapdeal over complaints of selling counterfeit goods

Japan-based firm Casio has been operating in India since 1996 with its wide range of products and also has established service centres across the country. Casio initiates legal action against Snapdeal in Delhi due to increasing consumer complaints about the sale of counterfeit watches & calculators branded as Casio. The court restrained Snapdeal from selling, displaying & advertising goods bearing the trademark of Casio.
