China comes up with new policy bank rules to handle debt crisis

World’s number two economy is facing a debt crisis and to avert from the crisis new rules to the policy banks have been introduced. The rule has asked the policy banks to not to lend more than they can afford. They have asked to “strengthen risk control” so that safe and stable operation can happen in the policy banks. The debt crisis has affected China, if not controlled, it could create huge global impact.
