Coal scam: Jharkhand Former CM Madhu Koda found guilty
Former Jharkhand CM Madhu Koda, Former Jharkhand Chief Secy Ashok Kumar Basu, Former coal secy HC Gupta have been found guilty of criminal conspiracy, in a special court by CBI, in Delhi. The alleged irregularities in the coal allocation from Rajhara Jharkhand to Kolkata was under scrutiny. The former CM Koda, Basu and the other two accused were favouring VISUL in the coal scam, CBI added.
