Connaught Place in New Delhi ranked 10th in worlds most expensive office market with an occupancy cost of USD 111 per sq ft, showed in a survey by CBRE South Asia Pvt. Ltd. CP has slipped from 9th position in march 2017 to 10th. Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC) in Mumbai ranked 16th while Nariman Point ranked 3oth, acoording to CBRE report. Hong Kong`s Central Market continues to top the list.
