Court rejected the petition filed by Zo Rooms against OYO
A Gurgaon based court has rejected the petition filed by ZO Rooms against OYO stating that OYO has acquired the data of their employees, assets and hotel properties. Two years ago, a deal got broke between the two parties and after that, OYO filed a case against Zo Rooms stating harassment and inconvenience by Zostel. For now, OYO is at the point of winning this battle but this case will affect the Indian travel market.
