Disney is being sued; accused of gender pay gap

Walt Disney is being sued over allegations of underpaying female workers & valuing male workers more. One of the plaintiffs in the suit is financial analyst LaRonda Rasmussen, who discovered that 6 men with same job title were paid more than her, ranging from $16,000 to $40,000. After her complaint, she was given a raise up to $25,000, which is still less than her average male counterpart. Disney denied these allegations.
