eBay planning to relaunch India operation

California-based eBay to sell its stake of about USD 1.1 billion in Flipkart, to relaunch eBay India, soon after Walmart announced to acquire 77% stakes in Flipkart or about USD 16 billion. The statement said we plan to relaunch eBay India to focus differently on the cross-border trade opportunity. Last year, Flipkart raised USD 1.4 billion from global technology from Tencent, Microsoft.
