Ebay files cease-and-desist order against Amazon to stop seller poaching

E-commerce website Ebay has said that 50 Amazon sales agents sent 1000s of messages to the sellers on Ebay's platform to bring them to Amazon. A cease-and-desist letter has been filed by Ebay against Amazon to stop illegal poaching of sellers which violates California's Comprehensive Computer Data Access and Fraud Act. Amazon is investigating these claims after Ebay threatened a lawsuit to protect themselves.
