Under scrutiny for their faulty data protection services, Facebook has incurred a fine of €10m from Italy's competition watchdogs for data misuse due to the breach of their consumer code which criticises misleading consumers and aggressive practices. Facebook has also been asked to issue a public apology on their website and app. This is the second fine against Facebook after the Cambridge Analytica scandal.
