Flipkart's Sachin Bansal to be the Director of Ujjivan Small Finance Bank

Ujjivan Small Finance Bank has appointed Flipkart's Sachin Bansal as its independent director. This is the 2nd big futuristic move by Ujjivan management after it roped in HDFC Bank's digital banking head Nitin Chugh as its next chief executive. Bansal will join bank board on June 1 & Chugh will join in August. The bank has reported an annual net profit at Rs 198.4 crore & profit growth was well supported by 46% in loan assets.
