For possession of drugs, Ness Wadia arrested in Japan; gets 2 years jail term

The heir of the Wadia group and the co-owner of Kings XI Punjab cricket team, Ness Wadia has been arrested and is sentenced with 2 years of jail in Japan over possession of drugs. He was on a skiing holiday when the arrest happened. He was arrested in March for having 25g of cannabis resin in his trouser pockets at New Chitose Airport in Japan. At the time of the arrest, he said that it was for his personal use.
