Fugitive Vijay Mallya's plea against extradition rejected by UK court

After an investigation, an order was passed by the UK court to send fugitive Vijay Mallya back to India from where he escaped doing a fraud of Rs 9,000-crore. But Mallya was not ready to go back and challenged the extradition. But today the court has rejected his plea. Now he will have to face an oral hearing on his appeal seeking a stay on extradition orders. Mallya was recently in news for offering money to Jet Airways.
