Gender pay gap- Women in India earn 20% less than men
According to the latest ‘Monster Salary Index,’ Women in India earn 20% less than men, indicating that pay parity is very real in this country. However, with years the wage gap has reduced but it is still there and 69% of the people said in the survey that gender parity needs attention and India needs policies to change employee perception and bridge the gender biased pay gap.
