Google ad-word fight: MakeMyTrip sues EaseMyTrip

MakeMyTrip is suing EaseMyTrip over trademark infringing. MMT officials have said that EMT is biding on their trademarks and Delhi High Court has ordered EaseMyTrip to stop using MakeMyTrip as adword until further notice. MMT has accused that EaseMyTrip was using the former's brand name to come on top of search results on Google. The court has scheduled the next hearing on 8th of May, 2019.
