Government revives duty-free replenishment facility for jewellery exporters

The govt once again permits gold and silver jewellery exporters to replenish the precious metal duty-free after the sale at international exhibitions. This move will help in promoting the growth of the sector. Duty-free replenishment of precious metals facility was stopped after the implementation of GST. As it was not available, exporters were not selling, but now they will get duty-free gold for the quantity they sell abroad.
