GST improved Sales, says Unilever
Hindustan Unilever recorded a 6% growth in sales since July when the system of GST was implied. Unilever said that such shift in the growth of sales and demand was due to the destocking provoked prior to the implementation of the Goods and Services Tax (GST). The company's growth in the third quarter of 2017 saw a huge improvement, Unilever said on Thursday.
