Considering it to be a part of a global restructuring process, the Amazon has terminated approximately 60 members of its recruitment team, the previous week. Also, it is not ending here, it might be firing more workers after the completion of the annual appraisal process. This laying off is undoubtedly having an impact on the India business as well. However, currently, it has 40,000 positions opened.
