IMF forecasts India growth at 7.4% in 2018-19

International Monetary Fund (IMF) has announced that India’s growth will rise and reach the peak during the 2018-19 financial year. IMF has also estimated a 7.4% growth, compared to the current financial year’s 6.7% growth. IMF has also added that 2017 saw the biggest global economic growth in last seven years. According to this prediction, India will regain the “fastest-growing major economy” tag from China.
