According to BCG and Google reports, about $23 billion worth of consumer durable sales in India are expected to have digital influence by 2023. This is because buyers nowadays research online & watch videos before making the purchase. 28% of consumer durable sales are digitally influenced & this will reach 63% of total sales, amounting to $23 billion by 2023. Digitally influenced consumers increased in tier II & III cities.
