India’s e-commerce market to exceed $100 billion by 2022

As per the report by Nasscom and PwC India, India's e-commerce market is expected to cross the $100 billion-mark by 2022 which is worth $35 billion at present. It is also expected to grow at 25% and may create one million plus jobs in coming years. The report also suggested three out of four online customers are expected to come from tier II markets and emphasises on the need for "harmonisation" in the e-commerce policy.
