According to a new Microsoft survey released on Thursday, as India prepares to reopen following the deadly second Covid wave, more than three-quarters of Indian workers (74%) want flexible remote work choices, and 57% of employees are overworked. According to Microsoft India's first annual 'Work Trend Index,' business decision-makers are exploring rethinking physical locations to better suit hybrid work arrangements.
