Info Edge (India) Ltd to purchase Highorbit Careers for Rs 81 crore

The parent company of Naukri.Com, Info Edge (India) Ltd, on Tuesday, said it would acquire Highorbit Careers which manages job portals iimjobs.com and hirist.com for Rs 80.82 crore. Info Edge said that it is ready to purchase 100% share capital on a fully diluted basis. After the acquisition process will be completed, iimjobs will become the solely-owned subsidiary of the firm. The deal will help the firm to serve better.
