Infosys reappoints Salil Parekh as CEO & MD for next 5 years

Infosys Limited said it has reappointed Salil Parekh as its CEO and managing director (MD) for a five-year term ending March 2027. The decision was taken in the meeting of the company`s Board of Directors held on May 21, 2022. The board took the decision based on the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee (NRC) of the company, Infosys Limited said in a regulatory filing to the stock exchanges.
