Infosys to conduct independent probe over whistleblower allegations: Chairman

The chairman of the IT-giant Infosys, Nandan Nilekani has said that the company's audit committee will conduct independent probe on the whistleblower allegations. "The audit committee began consultation with the independent internal auditors on terms of reference for their prima facie investigation. The audit committee has now retained the law firm to conduct an independent investigation," Nilekani noted in a statement.
