Investing in Virtual Currencies is risky: Govt
It has been notified by the Finance Ministry today that virtual currencies like Bitcoin are not legal, also they are unprotected. It has been witnessed in the last couple of days that the price of these VCs are rapidly increasing, but these have no intrinsic value. These cannot be considered as "currencies" as RBI has not provided any kind of license and allowance to these VCs or their working.
