JioGigaFiber roll-out to accelerate after RIL announces partnership with Hathway, Den

Presenting a win-win scenario for customers, local cable operators and content producers, Reliance Industries Limited has announced partnership with Den Networks Limited and Hathway Cable and Datacom Limited to accelerate JioGigaFiber rollout to 50 million homes across 1,100 cities. RIL will make investments to buy 66% stake in Den and 51.3% stake in Hathway and Datacom at Rs. 32.35 per share for 90.8 crore shares.
