Lawsuit filed against Elon Musk for violating 2018 settlement

Tesla Incorporation CEO is facing a lawsuit after he was sued by Chase Gharrity, one of the shareholders, for violating his 2018 settlement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission over his Twitter use. In the lawsuit that also names Tesla's board as defendants, Gharrity highlights several tweets by Musk and claims that Musk's actions and the directors' inaction have caused "substantial financial harm" to the shareholders.
