Lenders have rejected the resignation of Anil Ambani & 4 other directors: RCom

Reliance Communication said its lenders have dismissed the resignation of Anil Ambani and 4 other directors- Ryna Karani, Chhaya Virani, Manjari Kacker and Suresh Rangachar. They have asked them to cooperate in the ongoing corporate insolvency resolution process. RCom said its CoC had met and expressed a unanimous view that resignations cannot be accepted and are advised to continue to perform their duties & responsibilities.
