Maruti Suzuki India sales fall for 5th consecutive month

Maruti Suzuki India has reported a 17% decline in sales to 1,24,708 units during June 2019. The figure was at 1,44,981 units during June 2018. Shockingly, this is the fifth month in a row for the country's largest carmaker to see its sales going down except January 2019. Of the 1,24,708 units sold in June 2019, the total domestic sales were 1,14,861 units, while the total export sales accounted for 9,847 units.
